Review Registry Booster - my experience:I was able to easily download and install this software. I have a "free" version for evaluation. I tried it before registering it. The program ran the same as after the registration, except it did not fix any problems.
Registry Booster found 528 errors on my laptop and 779 on my desktop.
When run, the program does a backup of the registry then goes through a number of error fixes. It fixed all the problems. It requires a re-start to complete the process.
The program will also defrag the registry (separate run), which I did and found additional errors that also were corrected.
I am not sure if my computers run any faster or better after having their registry cleaned, but it supposedly will be more stable now.
This program is very fast to install and run. The run on my desktop took only about 10 minutes to install and run the first scan. This included actually running it twice, the second time after doing the registration.
The starting and stopping process seems to cause 5 errors on my setup. Registry booster suggests a shutdown after each fixing then it is running again on startup - each time finding 5 errors. I stopped repeating this after the second try!
Various other companies such as TUCOWS recommend the program.
I think it would be well worthwhile for anyone who has been having trouble with slow start-ups, unexpected errors or other problems.
